  1. Method:

    • On hot grill pan, oil and grill slices of red pepper and sliced avocado, season to taste with lime juice, pepper and salt.
    • Finely slice red onions and fry in pan with vegetable oil for 20 minutes over low heat till they start to caramelise. Coat in KNORR Barbecue Sauce and set aside.
    • Brush 'The Vegetarian Butcher' Burgers with oil and grill for about 3 minutes both sides till cooked.
    • Slice the buns in half, toast briefly and spread with mix of lime zest and HELLLMANN's vegan mayo.
    • Place washed rocket and cress on bun bases. Top with Vegetarian Butcher Burgers, grilled avocado, red pepper, BBQ red onions and bun top.
