For the Curry:

For the Rice:

  • Basmati rice 550 g

To Serve the Dish:

  • Coriander washed and chopped 10 g
  1. For the Curry:

    • Dice the onions and set aside.
    • Heat the oil in a suitable pan over a medium to high heat.
    • Add the onions and lamb and fry until lightly golden.
    • Add the KNORR Patak’s Concentrated Rogan Josh Sauce and water.
    • Mix well and bring to the boil.
    • Reduce to a simmer, cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for 45 min. or until the lamb is thoroughly cooked.
  2. For the Rice:

    • Bring a large pan of water to the boil and add the rice.
    • Simmer for 15-20 min. until the rice is fluffy.
    • Drain the rice and reserve hot until needed.
  3. To Serve the Dish:

    • Garnish the curry with the chopped coriander.
    • Serve with the Rice.
    • Serve with 1 or more portions of vegetables or salad as a side.
