For the char siu chicken:

Chicken thigh, skinless & boneless 800.0 g

Chinese five spice 3.0 g

Ground szechuan pepper - 3g

Water 80.0 ml
Preparation

For the char siu chicken:
- Trim any excess fat of the chicken thighs.
- Whisk together the KNORR Blue Dragon Szechuan Concentrated Sauce, ground Szechuan peppers, KNORR Blue Dragon Hoi Sin Concentrated Sauce, Chinese five spice and the water.
- Add in the chicken and allow to marinadefor 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Grill the chicken thighs until cooked.
- Serve in a steam bun with slaw and pickles.
