  1. For the char siu chicken:

    • Trim any excess fat of the chicken thighs.
    • Whisk together the KNORR Blue Dragon Szechuan Concentrated Sauce, ground Szechuan peppers, KNORR Blue Dragon Hoi Sin Concentrated Sauce, Chinese five spice and the water.
    • Add in the chicken and allow to marinadefor 30 minutes in the fridge.
