Ingredients
For the Chilli:

Red onions 150 g

Minced beef lean 300 g

Kidney beans canned in water 150 g
For the Hotdog:

Hot Dog Sausage 900 g
To finish:

Hot dog roll 700 g

Crispy Fried Onions 65 g

Cheddar cheese 200 g
Preparation

For the Chilli:
- Brown the beef mince.
- In the same pan sweat the red onion (finely diced) for 5 minutes.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add KNORR chilli rtu sauce and kidney beans.
- Simmer for 15 minutes..

For the Hotdog:
- Steam the hot dogs till cooked through.

To finish:
- Slice and warm the hotdog roll.
- Top with Hotdog, Chilli and gratedcheddar.
- Grill lightly for cheese to melt slightly.
- Finishwith crispy onions.
- Serve with HELLMANN's front of house sauces.
