  1. Method:

    • Place the water in a pan and bring to the boil.
    • Whisk in the KNORR Classic Mushroom soup mix and simmer for 3 minutes.
    • Add the walnuts and simmer for 2 minutes.
    • Add thelemon juice , tarragonandcrème fraiche.
    • Blend until smooth and serve.
