1. Method:

    • Combine lamb mince, KNORR Professional Patak's Korma Paste, breadcrumbs, peas, carrot and green onions.
    • Roll out the puff pastry into 2mm sheets.
    • Cut each pastry sheet in half. Place a quarter of the mince mixture along the middle of each halved sheet of pastry. Roll up the pastry to enclose filling, then cut each roll into five pieces.
    • Brush with egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
    • Bake at 175C for 20 minutes until golden and cooked through.

    • Serve with Mango Chutney, salad or steamed vegetables.
